How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.

What about customs?

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds

After moving our cats to the laundry room, we used treats to teach them to use the door, and they adapted immediately.
This interior cat door is perfect. We wanted to keep the dogs out of the litter box in the laundry room, allowing the door to stay closed while the cat still has access. Despite my large cat's size, he fits through the door without any issues.
My cats are enjoying their newfound freedom to enter and exit the bedroom as they please. I'm relieved to be excluded from their nocturnal activities, ensuring peaceful sleep. The door's cute design was easy to install, and the cats adapted to it instantly.
Since my door is a panel door, I had to cut both sides similarly. The provided tracing picture was slightly short at the bottom, so the cat door hung off a bit.
We use this door to allow our cat access to the litter box while keeping our dog out. I prefer it over doggie doors because it's cuter and doesn't have a flap that my cat dislikes.
This purchase was absolutely great! Not too difficult to install with the right directions and tools, and it looks incredibly cute.
Installing the door requires a jigsaw rather than the chainsaw suggested in the instructions, which provided some laughs. I ignored most instructions, drew a line inside the door face, drilled holes around the edges, and cut through with a jigsaw. If you have a wood door, skip drilling pin holes and screw the pieces directly onto the door. Adjust the cat door depth if your door is shallower than the cat door.
