How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.

What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Bestsellers Paid (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

I saw an ad for this and wanted to try it out. It works effectively, but I had to change my shower routine since it doesn't hold onto soap as well as traditional scrubs do.
I highly recommend this silicone body scrubber to anyone seeking a more hygienic and gentle alternative to traditional loofahs. Its softness and effectiveness, coupled with its easy-to-clean material, make it an excellent choice for those who prioritize hygiene and quality in their beauty routine.
It's comfortable to hold and use. If your hands have soap on them before using it, it might slip a bit, but that's to be expected. It may not foam as much as a traditional loofah, but that's not a deal-breaker for me since it still does an excellent job of cleaning.
My only complaint is that it doesn't hold onto body wash as well as similar products, so I find myself having to add more frequently. Other than that, it's fine.
This product is pretty good, but here's the catch: it can be challenging to create a good foam action. I've tried different soaps, but still no luck. Without that foamy goodness, I don't feel as clean. It might be due to the material it's made from.
Regarding the comments about it being "hard to use" or needing to "figure out how to use it," I find it quite intuitive. You use a palm grip rather than a claw grip, making it function as a new surface for your hand (between your fingers instead of gripped in your fingers). Aside from that, it's softer than I initially expected without compromising its cleaning abilities. It's a body buffer, and there's not much else to say about it.
Since my teenage years, I've used just my hands with soap or body wash, which got me clean but not thoroughly. As I got older, I tried those poofy net scrubbers, but they fell apart quickly and sometimes tore or caught on things. This product, however, is easy to hold thanks to the funny little handle, effectively removes dirt and dead skin from a day's work, and it's easy to clean and maintain. So far, it hasn't lost any of its little fibers or nubs and hasn't become brittle, so it seems to have longevity on its side.
