How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.

What about customs?

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds

I've been using this grinder for about a month now, and it has exceeded my expectations. As someone who enjoys just a cup or two of coffee on weekend mornings, the hand crank works perfectly for my needs. Initially, I placed the grinder base on the counter while cranking the handle, but I've found it works much better to hold the cylinder of the grinder in one hand (not resting on the counter) while cranking. This method is much easier and efficient. It takes around 150 rotations to grind a cup of coffee, and the process is quick and hassle-free, resulting in delicious freshly ground coffee.
I purchased this grinder as a replacement for an old glass Hario grinder that had no top. Unlike the old one, this grinder doesn't spill beans everywhere (which is a plus). However, I've noticed that I need to grind about twice as much as I did with the old one to get the same amount of beans. The grind it produces is fairly even, if not perfectly so (comparable to the Hario). It has a suitable capacity for my preferred double shot Aeropress cup but might not accommodate three shot/scoops.
